I’m an undergraduate at NIT Agartala and currently work as a contract engineer with the German Center for Open Source AI. At GC.OS, I contribute to projects such as AI-on-Demand and sktime.

Most of my time goes into working on open-source AI software. During my European Summer of Code project in 2025, I worked on sktime’s dataset and benchmarking infrastructure, and I now contribute to the project as a core developer.

Back in high school, I was quite interested in creative coding, and I used to program animations and share them on a now-inactive Instagram account. If you’re curious, you can still find them at @cheesemaafia.

Outside of programming, I enjoy music, chess, long walks, and reading.

Fun fact: I am mononymous, so depending on the website, my name might appear as Jigyasu, Jigyasu Jigyasu, or Jigyasu J.
